2. We match you with a carer
You'll hear who's coming before they ever visit. Check their profile on our site, ask us anything. No surprises.
3. We sort the details together
Key handover, access, routines, medication if needed. We go through everything so nothing gets missed.
4. Relax. We'll keep you posted.
Photos and updates during every visit. You'll know your pet is fine without having to ask.
Common Questions
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, especially for holiday periods. That said, we'll always try to help with last-minute requests too. Just get in touch.
What if my pet has special needs?
Not a problem at all. We regularly look after pets with medical needs, medication schedules, or specific routines. Just let us know upfront and we'll make sure the right carer is matched to you.
Are your carers insured and vetted?
Yes. Every carer is personally chosen by us, background checked, and insured up to €1M. We take that side of things seriously so you don't have to think about it.
