How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, especially around holidays. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible too, so message us and we will do our best.
Will I know who is coming to look after my pet?
Yes. We match you with a real carer, share who they are before the first visit, and make sure you can ask questions before anything is confirmed.
Are carers insured and vetted?
Yes. Every carer is personally chosen by us, background checked, and insured up to EUR 1M.
Can you look after pets with medication or special routines?
Yes. Tell us what your pet needs before booking and we will make sure the right carer is matched to the visit.
Where do you currently work?
We currently cover Tampere, Kangasala, and Nokia. Helsinki is coming soon.
Do you do dog walking?
Yes. Dog walks are one-on-one and built around your dog's pace, confidence, and usual routine.
Do you care for cats and small animals?
Yes. Cat and pet visits can include feeding, water, litter or habitat care, play, quiet company, and photo updates.
